These energy centers provide balance to so many areas in your life while having a major impact in the outcome of any situation you are in. Having these wheels requires that they be maintained and exercised. It’s like having a tool and not using it or maybe having the tool and not having a use for it. Either way, that tool sits around unused and gathering dust. Chakras are tools that keep the mind and body oxygen enriched, stretched and loose, focused, and balanced.

Balanced chakras can be used as a drug to relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, and a plethora of other reliefs. Energy is the action that is applied when using this tool which in turn become a benificial conculusion. It’s like meeting someone for the first time and presenting one’s self in a mean and rude way or being cordial. If you would like to use this tool so that it can assist in balancing and relieve aliments, then it’s best to follow the instructions that come with this tool and become very familiar with how to maintain the tools. There are seven easy to remember chakra centers of the 13 or so centers, they are:

Chakras have such an influence in the outcome of an event. If these areas are left abandoned they become oxygen deprived and begin to malfunction. The overall state of the body becomes just that, malfunctioned. In order to naturally relieve problem area in one’s life, the inner self has to be worked on as well. Health in relationships are also affected by the heath of the chakras. This balance is the essence of how relationships mingle with each other.
Inner health and outer health, relationships, and self-esteem, the knowledge of these areas is key to being able to provide relief to mental and physical areas.
